1. Wie ons is / Who we are
skryfin (skryfin.co.za) is 'n aanlyn inskrywingstelsel vir kampe van Voortrekker-organisasies. Die organisasie wat 'n kamp aanbied, besluit watter inligting nodig is en is die verantwoordelike party vir jou inskrywing. skryfin verwerk die inligting namens hulle.
skryfin (skryfin.co.za) is an online registration system for camps run by Voortrekker organisations. The organisation running a camp decides what information is needed and is the responsible party for your registration; skryfin processes the information on its behalf.

2. Watter inligting ons insamel / What we collect
- Besonderhede van die deelnemer: naam, geboortedatum, ID-nommer, adres, skoolgraad, Voortrekkerregistrasienommer, kommando, kampkeuses en mediese inligting wat vir die kamp se veiligheid nodig is. Participant details: name, date of birth, ID number, address, school grade, Voortrekker registration number, kommando, camp choices and medical information needed for the camp's safety.
- Kontakbesonderhede van ouers, voogde en kontakpersone: naam, e-posadres en selnommer. Contact details of parents, guardians and contact persons: name, email address and cell number.
- Betalingsinligting, soos bewys van betaling wat jy oplaai, en die getekende vrywaring. Ons stoor geen kaartbesonderhede nie. Payment information, such as proof of payment you upload, and the signed indemnity. We store no card details.
- Tegniese logs (bv. IP-adres en tyd) om die stelsel veilig te hou. Technical logs (e.g. IP address and time) to keep the system secure.
3. Waarvoor ons dit gebruik / Why we use it
Net om jou inskrywing te verwerk, die kamp te reël en veilig aan te bied, en om jou boodskappe oor jou eie inskrywing te stuur (bevestiging, eenmalige kodes). Ons stuur geen bemarking nie en verkoop of verhuur nooit jou inligting nie.
Only to process your registration, organise and safely run the camp, and send you messages about your own registration (confirmation, one-time codes). We send no marketing and never sell or rent your information.
4. Met wie ons dit deel / Who we share it with
Met die organisasie en kampleiers van die kamp waarvoor jy inskryf, en met diensverskaffers wat ons help om die stelsel te bedryf: bedienergasheer (Europese Unie), Amazon Web Services (e-pos, Kaapstad), SMSPortal (SMS), Cloudinary (opgelaaide lêers) en Cloudflare (netwerk). Hulle mag dit net vir hierdie doel gebruik. Waar inligting buite Suid-Afrika gestoor word, geskied dit by verskaffers wat gelykwaardige beskerming bied (POPIA artikel 72).
With the organisation and camp leaders of the camp you sign up for, and with service providers that help us run the system: server hosting (European Union), Amazon Web Services (email, Cape Town), SMSPortal (SMS), Cloudinary (uploaded files) and Cloudflare (network). They may use it only for this purpose. Where information is stored outside South Africa, it is with providers offering equivalent protection (POPIA section 72).
5. Hoe lank en hoe veilig / How long and how safe
Ons hou inligting vir vyf jaar ná die laaste kamp waarvoor jy ingeskryf het, en verwyder of anonimiseer dit daarna. Jy kan enige tyd vra dat dit vroeër verwyder word. Dit word geënkripteer oorgedra, toegang is beperk tot gemagtigde administrateurs, en elke admin-aksie word aangeteken.
We keep information for five years after the last camp you registered for, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time. It is transferred encrypted, access is limited to authorised administrators, and every admin action is logged.
6. Jou regte / Your rights
Jy mag vra om jou inligting te sien, reg te stel of te laat verwyder, of beswaar maak teen die verwerking daarvan. Skryf aan die adres hierbo. Jy mag ook 'n klagte by die Inligtingsreguleerder indien: inforegulator.org.za.
